I'
LIFE CHANGE AND ACCEPTANCE”
Through Creative Arts
and Mindfulness Practice
Change is an inevitable part of life. Sometimes we welcome it openly as a sign of new possibilities but at other times, change may be the result of more challenging life aspects. Changes may create internal pain and anxiety that seems unfair and unbearable.
Together we shall explore:
-
Attention to the present moment
-
The link between thoughts, emotions and physical reactions
-
How to replace judgment with curiosity
-
Acceptance of difficult emotions
-
Creating balance when it comes to goal setting
-
Being compassionate towards the inner critic without giving it power
-
Who am I?
-
How to practice mindfulness as a way of being.
This low cost 8 week Adult Creative Art Therapy and Mindfulness course may offer you the space to integrate your own personal strengths and inner wisdom. Working within a group allows shared ideas and perspectives, expanding horizons and leading to a new, fulling sense of self.
Beginning 16th July - 3rd September 2018
$120 for the 8 week course
