As your Group  Creative Arts Therapist, Trauma Informed Counsellor and Wellness Coach, I offer a safe, client centred approach to every session. I will encourage you to experience new processes and knowledge which may enable personal wisdom to surface. I strongly believe that we each hold our own answers to ease us away from the  'Stuck' feelings that we commonly experience. Often it is the process of witnessing our truths that enables transformation. I no hold one to one sessions unless part of group orientation or followup.

My private practice began 2012. I have been honoured to work with a wide demographic of people in our community, including those experiencing refugee and displacement status,  homelessness, adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse and survivor of domestic violence and those recovering from addiction with intravenous and other drug use and alcohol abuse.

 

I am now focusing on group based practic. I am a client centred, strengths focused practitioner who bases my group modalities on the many topics covered in my book my book, Art of Life and Curiosity ~ Creative mental health, Wellbeing and life balance exploration.

I continue to be involved in community mental health education, I am proactive in reducing mental health stigma and have contributed to improve Australian laws with regards legal responses to child abuse for future generations.
